The arrogance is truly breathtaking -- the Directors have not been seen to do anything whatsoever for the best part of a year but they intend to award themselves an extra $250,000 pa and all while the hapless investors are steadily losing money.

It's a pattern with these Directors, all of whom hold multiple directorships, that seems to be repeating itself -- look at BDC's sad history and the present situation with GRV.

They end up making millions in director's fees whilst the SHs, many of whom are only of modest means, end up losing their hard earned money. I don't know how they can look at themselves in the mirror.

I won't be voting for any motion that benefits the Directors unless something very positive happens between now and the AGM.
