I voted against 1/2/9.
I would rather the directors get shares than cash. It really is a cant lose situation for them.
Capital raise at this price is hopefully off the table. To get a years worth of running costs at a guess is about 75 million shares at 8 cents.
All moving in the right direction all be it very slowly. Run out of cash and things are might not look so good.
