Exactly, it is a "start-up". Although what is shocking about this start-up is that not too long ago it was valued at $5B without producing any value whatsoever. So, why is everyone shocked and going all on offensive mode when someone points out that start-ups come with inherent risks, particularly when they are so tremendously overvalued as it is the case with NVX?
Start-ups are primarily an excessive liquidity / money printing / low interest rate / high speculation era phenomenon. From what we have so far learned, only 1 out of 10 start-ups turn out to be sustainable companies. Around 20% fail in the first year and another 60% fail in the first three years. With this in mind and all the evidence of fundamentals (or lack thereof) that we have of this company why is everyone shocked to see any critique or bearish sentiment? Why does it come as a surprise for some that the share price is in such downtrend and it is more than likely to continue?
