whatever transaction could be, they have to get shareholders approval, we don’t think that will happen, 3:1 consolidation may be, but all depends on quality of the merge. Otherwise we will vote no together with Capital H and request the Capital return.
actually $6m on hands is enough to start a new business, plenty of opportunities. we donot really need a RTO.
anyway I never see backdoor listing results in restricting existing shareholders shares to trade.
