Tying up money for a year or two after (and if) the market reopens would need to go to a vote. I think a fair few punters would like their cash back and just move on.
No doubts the dilution will be incredibly high but initial dumps are not uncommon in the world of RTOs. Adding a condition of holding funds may lead to them losing the vote and with it any chance of succeeding.
