Resolution 11 allows the company to issue 25% more shares without Shareholder approval if SHs’ formally approve the 10% raised from investors in August this year.
This is problematic in my opinion. The AAX rules only allow 15% without SH approval and doing this approval retrospectively is not ethical in my opinion.
