"The maximum number of Awards proposed to be issued under the Plan following Shareholder approval is expected to be 30,000,000."
Sorry...did I read that right ?........30m ...How many thousands of employees and directors do they need to incentivize to do their jobs properly ...jobs they are already being very well paid for? .... Our SP isn't 2c.........in the last 6 months it has been between 1.20 and 67 ......so they need an extra $30,000,000 odd of "incentives' ....oh please
Lets say there are 10 staff/directors ...thats 3m each ....extra....just to "motivate them" to do their jobs
