if staff and directors need to divy up 30m shares ( 22.5m) every 3 years on top of their healthy salaries ...just to stay motivate...then I would suggest they need to leave as there is no room in LM8 for their Uber greedy asses
how many staff/ directors are we talking 10?
so they need 2.5m each bonuses to do what they are already paid for?
and god forbid the company should go to 750m MC in the next 3 years.... the bonus is a gob smacking 12.5m each....over just 3 year
