For so long JP and co have been applauded for their prudent management throughout this journey. Always exercising financial responsibility with the shareholders best interests in mind.
This proxy form has reminded us that greed is well and truly good. These execs don't have the shareholders interests in mind. They have theirs. We are the annoying passengers on their journey. GXY/AKE all over again.
Look I'm not against incentivising through performance shares. But do it when we're at an ATH like last years package. To me this is a money grab just because. Purposely set the bar low just before releasing a barrage of hopefully good news. Oh how times are changing.
