The AGM took place on the 28th of January 2022 with all resolutions passed. The results are located here: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20220128/pdf/455dpwqg6srv7z.pdf
Notice that the votes against the performance rights were as high as 20%. I suspect even more will be voting against them this time around.
