Hi Folks,
This is my first HC post. I’m a Perth-based GLN holder, sitting just outside top 20. Have been holding for almost two years now. Really appreciate the insight and quality posts by many regulars here.
These resolutions took me by surprise given the dwindling SP and considering we are creeping towards overdue territory on the resource upgrade. It’s not great sequencing of news flow IMO.
Before considering these resolutions, it would be good to see, from the Board:
- A summary of company progress since the last incentive package was approved by Shareholders
- What value each beneficiary is adding to the company (JP is obvious, some of the others less so)
Without clarity on both points above, some Shareholders are naturally going to find these resolutions difficult to support. Surely non-Board Top 20 shareholders would have similar questions / concerns?
