FWIW - a recurring theme here seems to be the quality of SH comms - that CR you referenced is good example. Would like to see some improvement around comms if possible.
Perhaps smaller / retail holders simply aren’t a priority for the Board but if I was in their shoes, I’d sooner keep SHs better informed to avoid the distraction of SH management when having to ask for their consent, etc.
