Is this the 'capitulation' phase' ? A defining AGM is approaching. Funds have been raised via the ATM. Even the naysayers are muted. Listening for a heartbeat or will a death certificate be issued. Although I take issue with the option issue to Garner I also think it is a ballsy move in the face of shareholder anger but which, just may be, indicative of better times. Just my thoughts influenced by a wet Monday morning.
