The truth was retail holders showed lack of demand for the SPP. The remaining shares were absorbed by the underwriter but that created an overhang of shares from the capital raise. It took more than few months for the overhang shares to clear before IMU's share price could make meaningful uptrend.
IMU share price was on special few days ago. Hope everyone took the opportunity to get in cheap.
