I respectively disagree. Now is possibly not the right time to increase the pay levels based in the surrounding market context is what I was trying to say. Yes, LC has definitely been a most impressive CEO and no, I will not be selling because of this issue. I believe in the science and the board's abilities fully. It's just not great time - a bit like Alan Joyce asking for a pay increase in the middle of COVID times - not a great look.
So let's see what happens in the coming weeks and the November conference.
