The allottees under the 10% Placement Capacity have not been determined as at the date of the Notice but may include existing substantial Shareholders and/or new Shareholders who are not a related party or an associate of a related party of the Company.
Further, if the Company is successful in acquiring new projects , assets or investments , it is possible that the allottees under the 10% Placement Capacity will be the vendors of the new projects, assets or investments.
Since we were repeatedly told by management that a CR is not planned a share issuance in relation to a partnership deal and subsequent cornerstone investments might be in preparation to accommodate the future partner. No partner would engage without having a stake in the company and share issuances are a common way to introduce the entity to voting rights. Additionally board appointments by future partner would accompany the deal.
Interestingly in that context is the fact to have presented in the US briefly before the AGM at a delivery conference, the area of interest for the company to partner in the US as stated by Rohan a year ago . Coinciding with the delayed tox data with results still outstanding and now overdue? The kidney program would be my target candidate for such a deal as we keep flying under radar in stealth after clearly achieving favourable delivery data, glaucoma being the second program of choice, All IMO
