Management would need to calm the market in its perception that price erosion would be all there is to look forward to for the period until the upcoming share issuance. I am convinced that cornerstone investment/ partner developments will be preceded by positive data, IND submission and more pipeline extension.
Logically, to raise at current or lower prices will not provide enough money to finance CNS und kidney, or oncology related programs through to human trials. Management had a year to plan these steps, large shareholders accumulated massively in this period, see medicine man’s post, to find alternatives to the sell out proposed by potential partners during last year’s presentations in the US.
interesting times ahead, volume will be the giveaway for clues in timing of the above all IMO
