• Continually fed lies about OT’s being ready to be signed off that were promised every qtr since 2019
• Refused to update SH’s in a timely matter over the last few years
• Taken months to reply to emails, phone basically off the hook for monthly periods
• Missed every self-imposed timeline to date
• Set a low bar for gifted options
• Conducted a poorly executed AGM with filtered questions
• Obfuscated EPA approvals
• Refused to provide info around the onboarding of the “Strategic Investor”
• Sweetheart deal with “Strategic Investor” for options for cash
• Refused to provide details on T20 list on request
• Added team members with no updates on role description or accountability
• Presided over an 2 year downward trend in share price
• Spent 400K a year on advertising…for what?
• Sent out erroneous ASX announcement that had to be retracted after a 2 day halt.
• Never once bought shares on-market…says a lot
