Just reading this and discussing with other holders, there appears to be no objection to voting FOR resolutions 1, 3 and 4 provided performance rights are based on a minimum share price target, say 50c for 2023, $1.50 for 2024 and $2.50 for 2025, for example.
What justification is there for granting performance right if there is no growth in share holder value vis a vis significant increase in share price? Simply commencing a pilot program does not guarantee pilot well success based on a commercial scale.
All performance rights must be benchmarked against a minimum share price imo. I think there's been sufficient dilution to date.
