Spot on. Correct me if I'm wrong, so if Jimmy gets all the free shares, then potentially he could end with around 50m shares (out of around 600m SOI). That's getting close to 10% of the company for basically nothing (apart from possibly $360k to exercise 12m options @ 3c). And what has he actually achieved for us to deserve nearly 10% of the company?
