FD could have nominated himself or his representative for the AGM if he is so concerned with the current board and wanted change badly. He doesn't have to wait 2 years to do that. I hold a significant quantity of the shares however my own preference is to communicate to the management first. My last resort is to change the board and only will do so if there is an alternative board and a well plan strategy to do it. Currently, no value is attributed for Berinka or Newleyline. Management has given Covid 19 as the reason of no action for Newleyline in the last 2years. We will see their plans for Newleyline from now onwards. We are also looking forward to the results of the rock and soil sampling. Converting the options is also an indication of the Boards commitment. I am waiting to see what the directors will do about their options.
