FD could have nominated himself or his representative for the AGM if he is so concerned with the current board and wanted change badly. He doesn't have to wait 2 years to do that.

Evidently I am the only one who thinks (a) the board have had their day in the sun and (b) we’re heading for a repeat at MOO unless there is a change.
