Yes, unfortunately it has been all talk, people airing their dissatisfactions and not willing to do something positive about it. Maybe whoever is doing anything is doing it quietly on their own, otherwise I deemed it to be all noise and no substance. When I was at BGS, we consulted legal advice, spoke to management, got our alternative board ready with a plan. We spoke to the major shareholders and got their support before we acted. We were quiet about everything till we initiated the process. The board resigned before the EGM and our board took over. it would be less messy and costly if management start listening to our concerns. We have voiced our concerns and hoped there will be changes. The share price is already reflecting cash value only and if it does not improve soon SB can have my shares. Meanwhile I am prepared for management to work things out on their own. If I were you so concerned with the current board I would attend the AGM. I normally attend the AGM however due to personal reasons I am not able to this year. I will still exercise my rights in voting.
