This is like putting your money into a savings account except you have a risk of the money going two ways, up or down. It appears to be more upside risk than down as no value has been attributed to Newleyline or Berinka. you can participate into the capital gain of the share when you purchase at this level. As directors won't get their performance rights of 3c unless the share price is at 10c, at this level, you look like you have plenty to look forward to. Good luck.
