Extremely worrying that management want that resolution to increase share placement WITHOUT SH approval... Makes no logical sense to what we know at this point in time ... Maybe we are going to skip the exploration and go straight into building a mine ??? or maybe even we may launch a take over bid for BHP... Whatever the reason, this is a purposely crafted resolution.. We as shareholders have absolutely no idea what the agenda is or if they even have an agenda or plan............ Either way NOT GOOD ENOUGH,, and must be voted down... Management must be held to account for this resolution and come clean,, In my view they are not helping themselves and certainly not helping the SH.
