I believe the concern here is the generally listless and uncommunicative vibe/history.
A degree of diligent transparency, and not just immediately prior to the AGM, would go a long way. Set some goals. Report on progress towards them. Simple logical steps.
But that is clearly not in the DNA here.
Perhaps they will surprise to the upside. I sincerely hope they do. But odds are not great, or even average.
