- Shareholders want to see the MAN work diaries of each director.
- Shareholders want the number of potential acquisition projects considered this year and also the time spent on each.
- Shareholders want management to outline in detail what a typical work day at MAN involves.
- Shareholders want to know why management really has no skin in the game.
- Shareholders want to know why we have only 3 directors and also why did Roger only attend 50% of board meetings.
