They raised $12 M on the back of an MC of over $110M... Yes???? , Now they want performance rights at 10c , or MC $45, dilute the shareholders by nearly 5% and give themselves 3 years to do it???????
Might make this lot my pet project soon. They surely jest... Looking to shore up their positions me thinks, cause they know they can be thrown out in a heartbeat... MY OPINION ONLY
