If people have health issues then we all support them in their recovery. That's not an issue at all. But to be fair, MAN is a public company so part of the job is fronting your public shareholder base. If you can't do that then perhaps the job is unsuitable. No shame in that, as you maybe better suited in doing something else which is probably more rewarding for you. But its not fair on us to collect salary and then not fulfill your job function of interacting face to face with your public shareholders and being accountable and transparent to them good or bad news.
