yeah I mean, we don't know, maybe the company just wants to run things 'like they always did' in the pre-zoom age? (assuming there is no video link, I can't see it)
But, after coming through the pandemic where everybody got used to online communication, are we really going back to a situation where the only people that can realistically attend general meetings of the company are the fraction of folks that have a Perth postcode?
it's dark ages stuff really. There are huge equity/accessiblity issues with in-person only AGMs that simply shouldn't exist anymore, IMO.
Hope the board can get something online for all of us owners of this company. Even if it is just to send the recording around after the event.
