Not to mention... change the constitution to allow directors to place an additional 10% of overall shares without approval??????
I really do need an explanation on this one, as i cannot see why they even need to bring this up unless they have something in mind....And whatever it is seems like it doesn't concern the current shareholders, no doubt.. Oh I know, so someone can tell us we have $25 M in the bank ... THAT'S NICE
