The rest i dont feel will make much of a significant difference either way.
I think keeping Joe on board is a good idea so im voting for it. Hes on the Presidential advisory panel and has a large stake in the game. It makes total sense to keep him on our side.
The ratifications are just formalities and will be passed purely because Scott can vote on them.
