If they hadn’t of shafted retail, no one would’ve bothered voting, so who’s really to blame here? It’s pretty easy to gaslight small shareholders into believing they’re to blame…..absolute BS, massive copout IMO. Notice how all the focus was put on resolution 11 and “message received” re. 9/10 was merely skimmed over? Resolution 11 will be passed at the upcoming EGM, guaranteed. They have plenty of alternatives at their disposal to incentivise employees….it’s not like they don’t get paid in cashola….it’s theatrics. Regardless of the outcome, a message was sent, don’t F with your loyal shareholders.
