    Yes, all you shareholders lets add another 10% to the 15% limit for share that can be issued LOL

    IMO:
    A yes vote to support this is a vote for accelerated share dilution so that CLZ can roll the dice again with their total lack of direction and unfulfilled promises!

    This is not exactly something that would instill confidence in a company.
