My thinking is that it is not so much that DUB has issued them at $1.75, more that Sarah Diamond has agreed to that issue price. SD is an experienced exec who has operated successfully within large multinationals, I would suspect that she would do her own DD to be comfortable that the options could be realised before accepting at that price, especially given the present SP value.
