    hi Hamondo, not sure if I am answering your question correctly but the consolidation price would be 50x the SP price on the 9th Dec or the date as advised by the board. so if the price is $0.02 x 50 = SP $1.00

    not that they have said this but if they where to issue 1 billion shares post consolidation there would be significant dilution...
