Now I've had time to calm down a bit and read the intent and everything it isn't as bad as I once thought. I'll need more time to read but as much as I am unhappy about many things, I can see most being in the best future strategic interests of the company.
It will give them scope to bring the people required on board, retain existing people in current economic conditions and set up future partnerships required.
attached is tim dobsons KPIs and it seems they are giving him 12 months to get everything going if I am understanding it correctly.
