    I'll admit I'm not a fan of the directors wanting more pay and more options AT THIS STAGE, and will vote against it.
    The justification for the consolidation seems sound enough, so i don't really care about that, especially if its in the best interests of acquiring funding.
    The directors can have their options and pay rise AFTER they secure the funding and start digging. Until then the money is better spent getting the show on the road.
