Any consolidation be it 50:1 or 5:1 or 3:1 is not good for share holders, I’ve recently seen this happen with junior stocks and they are worthless for the next 10 years in my opinion.
500k income for any person at MGT without showing shares holders some results is ridiculous, I can make promises that may not happen also, anyone can.
Saying that institutional investors can’t invest intro the project unless the share price is a certain price at this stage is similar to politicians promising before elections and afterwards delivering nothing, why have management not put out announcements regarding institutional investors and negotiations? Maybe the share price would have gone up but instead we’ve had the opposite.
Unless there is a guarantee in the way of announcements that investors will put money into MGT providing the shares price is a certain level before the AGM, makes me say a big NO TO CONSOLIDATION OF SHARE PRICE.
What I say to management now is SHOW ME THE MONEY, at some point management need to do some pumping if they like it or not.
