    I would like to know why after raising 15.8 Million do we need another CR. If that money is being used by management to line their pockets its simply criminal. What else have they got to show for it this far?

    Regarding the consolidation it might not pass. And if it does might be a smaller one at 25:1? I don't know what the hell is going on with this company.
