Where is this idea of a capital raise even coming from? It is clearly stated that the consolidation is needed to remove volatility to have access to institutional funding.
Is it not more plausible that funding is on the horizon rather than a cap raise?
Yes, i note the less than 2 quarters of funds left as stated in the quarterly. However if funding is achieved off the back of this consolidation then a standard cap raise wont be necessary.
Not to mention the options that are still out in the wild, assuming the share price can lift itself out of the shit long enough to tickle the strike price.
