Yes, as well as the capital costs of setting up and developing a mine.
These blokes don't work for free, much the same as you or i don't either.
As previously stated, I'll be voting against a pay rise and extra options for the board until something material develops.
The timeline is ~5 months until DFS as the goal posts have yet again shifted.
It should be noted that they state the shift is due to an up scaling of plans due to apparent demand from companies that have approached them.
