Why is it ridiculous ? Firstly it was meant as in if it's not in by then then no doubt the board will be in for some stick from a lot of disgruntled share holders. Secondly, regardless of whether some are new in the job or not they are in said positions to deliver...... so if they haven't / don't they will cop it. Hypothetically if they can't deliver and decide to move on and we get new board members then everything is ok by your reckoning because they are new. The buck has to stop somewhere
