Howdy Vic, you'll find that resolution in most AGM's for companies with a market cap of less than $300M...
It got introduced about 10 or so years ago and was meant to ease the cost burden of going to shareholders
for permission to CR or Place...As such it was incorporated into the AGM to alleviate such costs....
Doesn't mean it will be used but can be if deemed needed.....
