Could you please indicate where the prospectus states that placement participants are excluded from the loyalty options? Not sure if you are helping out the community if you don't provide irrefutable evidence. Seems like you are just casually commenting.

Of course I am open to be humbled though. Please correct me.

Below are 2 snips from the Entitlement Issue of Loyalty and Placement Options issued 30 Sep which suggest loyalty options will be given to placement participants.





Placement participants hold FPO shares before 2 Nov.So they are eligible. no?

Here are some snips from the loyalty prospectus that show no indication that placement participants will be excluded from the loyalty options.









How does the above exclude placement participants? they own FPO shares acquired in the palcement and these shares have been acquired before the Record Date.

I will be withdrawing my thank you but will happily reinstate if you feel like providing some evidence to your statement. In any case you haven't swayed my interpretation and decision in anyway.
