its one thing I f#$king hate about the microcap specie world of the ASX its every BoD on every speccy seems to think its their right to hand out free shares and cheap options to themselves for doing (essentially) what they are paid handsomely to do in the course of normal business.

If you vote yes, you're willingly approving share dilution.
If you don't vote, your vote is given to the affirmative (Yes vote).
