Extracts relating to option for future issuance of shares on each one is slightly different though.

Of note : both DMG and SHE share the same chairman and secretary have the same company address and made a set of similiar announcments on the same day.

DMG made a lot of money (150 million) by selling a gold asset to china in 2011/2012

This cash was re-distributed to DMG shareholders in july-2012, the same chairman and secretary ran DMG as they ran SHE now.

In my mind this adds weight to the fact that the chairman and secretary are not adverse to returning large profits back to the shareholders. Maybe similar will happen with SHE in a years’ time.
