Some interesting developments emerging from the explanatory notes for the coming annual meeting. Potential new capital raising and options for directors in respect of loans at 10% interest. I get the feeling another capital raising will be needed given the continuing high level of debt the company has including the astounding 19% interest loan to ADM capital. I'm surprised that loan was not eliminated following the last capital raising.
