So people on this board knocked posters for mentioning the $5m marketing spend as reckless spending.
We were told this company would be profitable by the end of this year (1b loan book)
Why are they going to vote in to dilute up to 10% of the share register for working capital purposes?
The company has $70m in the bank and is about to be profitable - why dilute the SP at this rock bottom price?
Hope SHs study this proxy form.
