FYI...the 10% placement is an ASX standard allowance in listing rules for small caps.
It does not mean they will do it or need it.
If you are a small cap business its just good business to therefore include this resolution evey year if you are eligible to be able to take advantage if needed.
Its a common sense ruling/allowance as a company with low SOI and low SP would have trouble raising $100000 if they cant exceede 10%.
It actually clearly states the 10% placement capacity rule now applies due to WZR current market cap and not in ASX300 etc.
every statement is educating you on what it is and has..."if", "may", "assuming".
Educate yourself so you are better informed and youu may not be always so alarmed.
